Scope: Plumbing, Gas Piping, Plumbing BIM Modeling

New 62 unit senior living apartment building located in Grand Junction. Each unit is individually gas metered creating an intensive scope for gas piping. A parking garage located in the basement housed all of the piping mains. A 12” think post-tension cable slab separated the parking garage from the residential units. In house Bim coordination was utilized to locate where all piping would be suspended in the basement.
